By installing or using Attendus, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Attendus helps you discover, plan, and manage events. Features may include event discovery, ticketing, messaging, and attendance tools. We may update or improve features over time.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for your account and keep your login secure.
  • Use Attendus only where it is legally available to you.
  • Respect other users and follow posted community or event rules.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security measures.
  • No infringement of others’ intellectual property or privacy.
  • No spam, scams, or fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

Attendus and its content are owned by Attendus, LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited license to use the app. You retain rights to your own content, but you grant Attendus, LLC the rights needed to operate and improve the service (for example, to display your content within the app).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Attendus is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Attendus, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or (b) the minimum amount required by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Attendus at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, to protect the service, or to comply with legal or platform requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws. Courts located in Florida, United States have jurisdiction, where permitted by local law.
